2. OUR SERVICES

ADS CONVERSION LLC provides technology and professional business services, including software development, artificial intelligence solutions, business automation, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, website development, API integrations, e-commerce technology, consulting and analytics.

3. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Copy proprietary materials without permission;
• Interfere with website security.

4. GOOGLE ADS API

When authorized by a client through Google’s OAuth process, ADS CONVERSION LLC may access Google’s official APIs solely to provide contracted services such as campaign management, optimization and reporting.

The Company complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, reports and website content remain the exclusive property of ADS CONVERSION LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. FEES

Clients agree to pay all fees established in commercial agreements or invoices issued by ADS CONVERSION LLC.

7. DISCLAIMER

ADS CONVERSION LLC provides technology and professional services.

We do not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, business growth, search rankings or return on advertising spend.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADS CONVERSION LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with Google, Meta, Shopify, OpenAI, Cloudflare and other technology providers.

ADS CONVERSION LLC is not responsible for interruptions, changes or policies adopted by third-party providers.

10. FINANCIAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

ADS CONVERSION LLC is a technology company.

The Company is not:

• A bank;
• A financial institution;
• A money transmitter;
• A payment processor;
• A cryptocurrency exchange;
• A custodian of customer funds;
• An investment advisor.

Payments received relate exclusively to legitimate commercial services provided by ADS CONVERSION LLC.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the business relationship in accordance with applicable agreements.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of New Mexico.

13. CHANGES

ADS CONVERSION LLC may modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
